New Chiswick Pool have posted an update:
“The pool project at New Chiswick Pool is going well. The lining is in, the poolside tiles are being replaced, all of the high level cleaning works have been done and lighting is refreshed.
The following will happen over the next couple of weeks:
– the walls of the pool hall are to be tiled and the new tiles put down on the pool deck.
– The wet changing area will be closed for redecoration for approximately 2 weeks from Saturday 28th April.
– During this time the main disabled changing room will also be closed.
For our disabled users, there are larger shower cubicles available in the dry changing rooms, but the facilities are limited within. Thank you for bearing with us while we make these improvements. Please speak to a member of the team during your visit if you need assistance.
The final steps in the work programme will be to re-fill and re-heat the pool. We are currently scheduled to open in mid-May.
