Our team have worked incredibly hard to try and communicate with Hounslow Council, including promoting our video to ‘Open Our Pools’, which has reached the BBC news, and we will continue to pursue this campaign until the pools are open.

Below is the latest update from the council and fusion lifestyle.
Information from Hounslow Council;
Cllr Samia Chaudhary, Cabinet Member for Leisure Services at Hounslow Council said:
There has been a mutually agreed decision between Fusion Lifestyle and Hounslow Council to release Fusion Lifestyle from their contract to manage leisure centres and public halls in Hounslow.
Following a period of transition, the Leisure Centres will be managed by the Council’s wholly owned company, Lampton 360, and the Public Halls will be managed on an interim basis by the Council’s Environment, Culture and Customer Services directorate from 1 November 2020.
Information from Fusion Lifestyle;
Fusion Lifestyle have been in discussion with Hounslow Council about the future provision of leisure services in the borough.
As a result, Hounslow’s leisure centres are to be managed by the Council’s wholly owned company, Lampton 360, and the Public Halls in-house by the Council. The mutually agreed outcome means that Hounslow Council, along with its trading company, Lampton 360, will take over the operational running of their leisure services from 1 November 2020, with a phased approach to reopening the services during November. The Public Halls will be moved in-house and managed within the Environment, Culture and Customer Services Directorate.
We can confirm that no further Direct Debits will be taken by Fusion and we will transfer over all memberships to the Council. All further correspondence will also come via the Council or their trading company, Lampton 360. This means that all your Terms and Conditions and prices that you pay will also be transferred to Lampton 360 and the Council.
